The water cycle

We learned about the water cycle and the students made their own closed water cycles. The students drew the water cycle on the plastic bags to demonstrate the process happening inside the bag. We used sealable plastic bags and filled them with a small amount of water. We used a couple of drops of food colouring in order to see the water more clearly. The bags were fastened with tape on a window. We did this experiment during the winter and the sun didn't shine directly on the plastic bags but we still saw waterdroplets "rain" in the platsic bags.
